Shipping policy

Where we ship DOT Books ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. Canadian customers are charged in CAD and US customers in USD. We don't currently ship to other countries.

Processing Please allow a few business days before your order ships. You'll receive an email with tracking once it's on its way.

Duties and import fees: US import duties are prepaid by DOT Books and included in the price you pay at checkout. You won't be asked to pay anything extra when your order is delivered.

Lost or damaged parcels If your tracking stalls or your order arrives damaged, email trydotbooks@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you follow up.
